Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Olive Drive Collective (“ODC,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using an Olive Drive Collective membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Membership
Membership provides access to select member benefits, including community features, discounts, exclusive content, and other perks as offered by Olive Drive Collective. Membership benefits may change, be added, or be removed at any time as we continue to grow and improve our services. Membership does not guarantee admission to events, childcare availability, race registrations, or partner discounts.
2. Membership Fees
Membership is billed at $19.00 per month unless otherwise stated. Your membership automatically renews each billing cycle until canceled. You authorize Olive Drive Collective to charge your selected payment method for recurring membership fees.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Your membership benefits will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or partial refunds will be issued for unused time or benefits.
4. Community Standards
Our community exists to encourage, support, and uplift moms. Members agree to treat others respectfully, avoid harassment, bullying, discrimination, or abusive behavior, refrain from posting unlawful, harmful, or offensive content, and respect the privacy of other members. Olive Drive Collective reserves the right to remove content or suspend or terminate memberships for violations of these standards.
5. Member Interactions
Olive Drive Collective provides opportunities for members to connect through online communities, events, and other activities. Members are solely responsible for their interactions with other members. Olive Drive Collective is not responsible for disputes, damages, injuries, or losses resulting from member-to-member interactions.
6. Events & Physical Activities
Participation in workouts, races, group activities, childcare services, or other events may require separate registrations, waivers, or agreements. Members participate in these activities voluntarily and at their own risk.
7. Partner Discounts
Partner offers and discounts are provided by participating businesses. Olive Drive Collective does not guarantee the availability, quality, pricing, or continued participation of any partner business.
8. Intellectual Property
All Olive Drive Collective logos, branding, graphics, content, videos, training materials, and other materials remain the property of Olive Drive Collective. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Olive Drive Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your membership or use of our services.
10. Changes to Membership
We may update these Terms & Conditions, membership benefits, pricing, or policies from time to time. Continued use of your membership after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
