The crowds line the roads for hours. Strangers become family. Athletes who have trained in isolation for months suddenly find themselves carried by thousands of voices.

But for the mother-athlete, that energy has always come with a quiet asterisk. Who watches the kids while you train? Who holds space for you when the race is over and the medal is around your neck and you still have to be home for bedtime?

Olive Drive Collective was built to answer that question.

We are bringing our model to Roth because this community deserves it — the women who cheer at Challenge Roth, who dream of crossing that finish line themselves, who are already training in the early mornings before the rest of the house wakes up. You are already doing the hard part. We are here to make the rest easier.

The Roth chapter will offer coached group runs, Field Day Den™ on-site childcare, and a sisterhood of women who understand exactly what it means to be a mother-athlete in one of the world's great endurance cities.
